Abundance Marketing Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing, CRM, and social media management services, including the AICRM workflow used to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how people can request access, correction, or deletion.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, and company details
  • Account credentials and support requests
  • Billing, contracting, and service-related information
  • Communications you send to our team

2.2 Information Collected Through AICRM and Connected Meta Assets

When a business user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to AICRM, we may collect and process:

  • Facebook Page IDs, Instagram Business account IDs, and asset names
  • Connected business and profile identifiers needed to maintain the integration
  • Post drafts, scheduled posts, publish history, and related media metadata
  • Messages, comments, replies, engagement events, and moderation actions
  • Reviewer, support, and deletion request records tied to connected assets

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages visited, feature usage, and session activity
  • Referral source and approximate geographic region
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and audit log information

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate AICRM and maintain connected Facebook and Instagram integrations
  • Let authorized business users select Pages and connected Instagram Business accounts
  • Create, schedule, publish, and manage social content
  • Sync and respond to supported messages, comments, and engagement activity
  • Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and account verification
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
  • Process deletion, export, and privacy-related requests

4. Legal Bases and Allowed Use

We process information to perform our services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with law, protect legitimate business interests such as security and fraud prevention, and act on instructions from authorized business users who connect Meta business assets to AICRM. We do not sell Meta-derived business asset data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

  • Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and security providers
  • Authorized subcontractors and service providers working under confidentiality obligations
  • The business customer that owns or manages the connected Page or Instagram Business account
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by law
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual requirements, support business customers, and satisfy legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

  • Connected account and publishing records are retained while the integration remains active
  • Support, audit, and security logs may be retained for operational and legal purposes
  • Verified deletion requests are processed promptly, with most completed within 30 days

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and relationship to the connected business account, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
  • Request deletion of personal information or connected CRM data
  • Request data portability where applicable
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where allowed by law
