No. Managed hosting is optional. We can work with your existing hosting or include hosting and backups in the agreed scope.
We are Utah-based and work with teams across the United States. Local context helps us understand your customers, but the work is delivered remotely with structured reviews and clear ownership.
Hosting is separate from the cost of a website, app, or automation project, and you can keep your existing hosting. If you want us to run it, monitoring and managed updates are included, with backup copies kept in both local and cloud storage.
Hosting and backup storage are billed as separate items. Your written quote confirms your monthly total and storage allowance, along with hosting resources, traffic limits, backup frequency and retention, update coverage, and support terms before you choose a plan.
$15/month includes up to 100 GB of retained backup data, with a local copy and a cloud copy. Each additional 100 GB block is $5/month. We count the retained backup data once, even though we keep two copies.
Backup storage is separate from your site or app’s NVMe hosting storage. Retention is agreed in your quote; we confirm any increase in your backup allowance and monthly fee before applying it.
